据处罚决定书披露，打人者刘某的工作单位为榆林市住房公积金定边管理部，郭某的工作单位为定边市公安局。李先生称，郭某是当地的一名民警，也正因如此，这件事让他觉得很不公平。“事发至今，他们二人从未向我儿子道歉，也未赔偿。
